Community Services Consortium (CSC) proudly hosts the Oregon Early Learning Head Start & Pre-Kindergarten Program, a federal program that strives to promote school readiness of young children from low-income families. Our program enhances the cognitive, social, and emotional development of children through quality early learning opportunities. Expanding on the successful program of Head Start, Oregon modeled its Pre-Kindergarten (OPK) program to provide the lowest income and highest need preschoolers with comprehensive early learning experiences. CSC is dedicated to providing high-quality care and education to all of the children in our program.
