Oparc is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization established in 1950, existing to make training, employment, and social opportunities available and to be the champion for thousands of people with disabilities in the Inland Empire and Los Angeles County. They empower adults with disabilities to build independence through individualized programs that strengthen skills, support meaningful job placement, and foster genuine inclusion within their communities. With a focus on person-centered day and employment programs, Oparc supports individuals by helping them build confidence and move toward greater independence. Their services include day programs that build daily skills, independence, and connection, as well as employment programs that explore work, develop job skills, and succeed in meaningful employment with ongoing guidance and coaching.
