The North Carolina Early Intervention Branch (NCEI) is the lead agency for the North Carolina Infant-Toddler Program (NC ITP). Through its 16 Childrens Developmental Services Agencies (CDSAs), NC ITP provides specialized supports and services to families with children aged 0-3 in Western North Carolina with special needs. Our program is based on research which indicates that the early years are a critical time to make a positive difference in a child’s development and learning. We strive to help families provide their children with the best chance of success by offering tailored supports and services.
