The North Carolina Infant-Toddler Program (NC ITP) is a part of NCDHHS' Division of Child and Family Well-Being, and it is the lead agency for the NC ITP. The program offers a window of opportunity to make a positive difference in how a child develops and learns. Sixteen Children's Developmental Services Agencies (CDSAs) across North Carolina work with local service providers to help families help their children succeed. The NC ITP is located in Raleigh, NC, and its services and supports are provided by the local Children's Developmental Services Agency (CDSA).
