The North Carolina Infant | Toddler Program (NC ITP) is a part of the N.C. Division of Public Health that provides supports and services for families and their children, birth to three, with special needs. NCEI is the lead agency for the ITP, and with the help of 16 Childrens Developmental Services Agencies (CDSAs) located throughout the state, families can take advantage of the critical window of opportunity to positively influence their children’s development and learning. The NC ITP in New Bern is dedicated to helping families in North Carolina maximize the potential of their children.
