About
The program is a part of the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS) and is led by the North Carolina Early Intervention Section (NCEI). The NC ITP works with local Children's Developmental Services Agencies (CDSAs) and service providers to help families help their children succeed. With a focus on the critical developmental period from birth to three, the program aims to make a positive difference in how a child develops and learns. Sixteen CDSAs across North Carolina work together to provide services and supports to families in need.
