The program's services and supports are provided by the local Children's Developmental Services Agency (CDSA). Sixteen Children's Developmental Services Agencies (CDSAs) across North Carolina work with local service providers to help families help their children succeed. The NC ITP is a part of NCDHHS' Division of Child and Family Well-Being, and its mission is to provide a window of opportunity to make a positive difference in how a child develops and learns. The program's services are available in various locations throughout North Carolina.
