About
The North Carolina Infant-Toddler Program's services and supports are provided by the local Children's Developmental Services Agency (CDSA). Sixteen Children's Developmental Services Agencies (CDSAs) across North Carolina work with local service providers to help families help their children succeed. The NC ITP provides a window of opportunity to make a positive difference in how a child develops and learns. The program is led by the North Carolina Early Intervention Section (NCEI) and is a part of NCDHHS' Division of Child and Family Well-Being.
