North Carolina Infant | Toddler Program (NC ITP) is part of the North Carolina Early Intervention Branch (NCEI) and the North Carolina Division of Public Health. We provide supports and services for families and children from birth to three who have special needs and aim to make a positive difference in how a child develops and learns. Our sixteen Childrens Developmental Services Agencies (CDSAs) across North Carolina work with local service providers to help families support their children and ensure their success. We strive to make a positive impact on the lives of North Carolina’s infants and toddlers and their families.
