The program is led by the North Carolina Early Intervention Section (NCEI) and works with 16 local Children's Developmental Services Agencies (CDSAs) across the state to help families help their children succeed. Research shows that this time period is critical, offering a window of opportunity to make a positive difference in how a child develops and learns. The NC ITP is based in Raleigh, with a physical address at 1915 Health Services Way and a mailing address at 1916 Mail Service Center.
