The North Carolina Infant-Toddler Program's services and supports are provided by the local Children's Developmental Services Agency (CDSA). Sixteen Children's Developmental Services Agencies (CDSAs) across North Carolina work with local service providers to help families help their children succeed. The program's mission is to provide a window of opportunity to make a positive difference in how a child develops and learns. The services are provided in Charlotte, NC, and the surrounding areas.
