The North Carolina Infant-Toddler Program (NC ITP) is a part of the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services' Division of Child and Family Well-Being. Sixteen Children's Developmental Services Agencies (CDSAs) across North Carolina work with local service providers to help families help their children succeed. The program's services and supports are provided by the local Children's Developmental Services Agency (CDSA). North Carolina Infant-Toddler Program's mission is to provide a window of opportunity to make a positive difference in how a child develops and learns.
