The North Carolina Infant-Toddler Program (NC ITP) is a part of NCDHHS' Division of Child and Family Well-Being and is the lead agency for the NC ITP. The program's services and supports are provided by the local Children's Developmental Services Agency (CDSA). Sixteen CDSAs across North Carolina work with local service providers to help families help their children succeed. The NC ITP's mission is to provide support and services for families and their children during a critical window of opportunity for development and learning.
