About
Established in 1965 under the Lanterman Act, the center serves over 12,000 people living within the geographic boundaries of Napa, Sonoma, and Solano counties. Guided by their values, vision, and mission, North Bay Regional Center assists people with developmental disabilities in obtaining the services and supports needed to live as others do in the community. The center has established strategic goals to focus on employment, independence, community access, and family supports, and is committed to being a culturally and linguistically competent agency.
