My personal and professional experience has led me to my passion of helping people become empowered and feel their best selves. My philosophy is to listen with genuine compassion and empathy. I believe my clients are masters of their own lives, I am a mere compass to help guide them through challenges. I specialize in working with individuals and couples to help them improve emotional regulation, reduce interpersonal conflict, improve relationships (personal and professional) and develop their identity. The goal of my work would be to provide the tools my clients need in their everyday lives. My approach is tailored from Gottman & I specialize in CBT & narrative practices to help my clients create the life they want.
