About
Led by Nikki Gorman, the practice provides a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore and process behaviors, thoughts, and feelings that can lead to isolation, anger, relationship strain, anxiety, panic, depression, self-harm, and suicidal ideations. With a strengths-based approach, the practice empowers clients to reclaim a sense of control and restore self-confidence. Nikki specializes in trauma, borderline personality, anxiety, depression, and LGBTQIA+ support, and is trained in IFS, EMDR, and DBT. The practice incorporates evidence-based approaches, including IFS to reconnect to self energies, EMDR for unlocking and healing past traumas, CBT to reframe negative thoughts, and DBT skills for mindfulness and interpersonal effectiveness. Sessions are virtual and private-pay only, with the option of courtesy billing.
