With an eclectic approach combining behavioral, psychodynamic, humanistic, cognitive, biological, and evolutionary perspectives, Nicole provides counseling services to address a range of concerns. Her extensive experience spans 25 years, including work at the Children's Home of Northern Kentucky, where she worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Currently, her practice focuses on cases involving trauma, dissociative disorders, and relational conflict. Nicole is certified in Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), Somatic Experiencing (SE), and Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), allowing her to incorporate adjunct trauma techniques and somatic work into her therapy. She welcomes clients of all ages, including adolescents and school-aged children, and their families, to achieve emotional regulation and support the development and maintenance of the entire self.
