The practice offers individualized programs, including ABA Early Intervention, Preschool Integration, and K-12 Autism Academy, all under one roof. With a 3:1 student-to-teacher ratio and expert teams, Next Step SW, LLC aims to help children reach their milestones and thrive in a warm and caring environment. The practice is led by Corinna Ndolo, M.ED, BCBA-LBA, Executive Director and Founder, and her team of highly qualified staff, including Madison Burke, M.A., BCBA-LBA, Director of Next Step Southwest, and Michelle Hill, Director of Inclusive Preschool. Next Step SW, LLC is a certified non-profit organization, and its programs depend on public support.
Insurance & payment
Next Step SW, LLC accepts most health insurance and is credentialed with BlueCross BlueShield of Arizona, Aetna, and Cigna. They also accept all AHCCCS plans as secondary insurance.

ABA Early Intervention
A clinic-based ABA therapy plan to help children reach their important early milestones, ages 1 to 6 years old.
Preschool Integration
A preschool classroom environment where children can join their peers with support from their therapist, ages 3 to 6 years old.
K-12 Autism Academy
A traditional classroom environment with 3-to-1 staff-to-student ratios, providing vocational and daily living skills for adults.
