Next Step Clubhouse provides teens and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) access to inclusive, high-quality social and recreational programming in Charlotte, NC. Their programming promotes healthy living, meaningful relationships, creative expression, functional skill development, and community engagement. Through structured activities and a supportive environment, the Clubhouse fosters belonging, dignity, and improved quality of life for individuals who are often underserved and socially isolated after high school graduation. With a mission to serve individuals with special needs in the Greater Charlotte area, Next Step Clubhouse offers Year Round Membership and Summer Camp programs, and is currently serving over 50 individuals with intellectual and or developmental disabilities.
