Welcome to New Hope YMCA—a family-friendly gym, fitness center, and swimming pool located in New Hope, MN. At New Hope YMCA, we offer a wide range of fitness and community-building programs, including swim lessons, personal training, group exercise classes, and more. Our gym membership includes access to a variety of amenities, such as an indoor track, aquatics (featuring a sauna, indoor pool, whirlpool, and outdoor splash pad), a basketball court, free weights and cardio machines, and more. With our variety of programs and amenities, New Hope YMCA is the perfect place to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.
