The Nevada Disability Advocacy and Law Center (NDALC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization designed to serve as the state’s federally-mandated protection and advocacy system. We offer a wide range of services including information and referral, training, investigation of abuse/neglect, legal counsel, technical assistance, and public policy work. Our offices are located in Las Vegas, Reno, and Elko, but our services are available statewide. All services are provided at no cost to eligible individuals in accordance with our available resources and service priorities.
