Since 2001, Neil Samuels has been working with infants, toddlers, young children, adolescents, and adults diagnosed with autism spectrum and other related developmental and social-pragmatic language-based challenges. The practice uses a comprehensive Developmental evidence-based treatment approach based on DIR/Floortime to help children cultivate their typical Functional Emotional Developmental capacities of attending, relating, engaging, and full social pragmatic language/communication. Sessions are conducted in the child's home or an outside setting of the family's choice, and 45 or 60-minute sessions are available. The practice also offers virtual sessions for families with scheduling constraints or those living outside the geographical area. Additionally, they encourage families to submit video clips of child/parent or child/peer interactions to track and discuss concerns or challenges outside of regular sessions.
