With over 20 years of experience working with children, teens, and adults, Neil helps individuals reach their goals in life. He provides counseling services for children and teens, as well as family, couples, and individual counseling. Neil's approach focuses on making lasting change through an active process that emphasizes quick results. He is also a member of the Marriage and Family Therapy faculty at Virginia Tech Graduate School and has authored the book 'HomeWork – A Parent’s Guide To Helping Out Without Freaking Out!'
