About
She offers online therapy services for individuals, couples, and groups, specializing in anxiety, men's issues, relationship issues, and trauma. Natasha's approach is grounded in the belief that healing is not linear and never one-size-fits-all. She creates a safe and supportive space for her clients to explore their emotions, challenges, and identity concerns. With a background in clinical mental health counseling and a passion for breaking the stigma surrounding mental health, particularly within South Asian and other oppressed BIPOC communities, Natasha aims to empower her clients to create positive change and foster growth. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado, with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University, Seattle, WA.
