Natalie Kofford, a licensed therapist at Abundance Family Therapy, views therapy as a classroom where individuals navigate everything from unhealed trauma to everyday obstacles that shape their life journeys. She has a background as a Registered Nurse for 29 years and utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and is Gottman trained in couples therapy. Abundance Family Therapy offers a range of services, including couples therapy, individual therapy, children and family therapy, and first responder/trauma care. They also offer ADOS – Autism Screening. Their therapists work to take a systemic approach to therapy that encompasses the individual, couple, or family systems that contribute to the desire for change. They are committed to offering their clients the highest level of care and have a sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.
