About
She works with clients ages 16+ at River Wards Wellness Collective in West Chester, PA. At the heart of her work is building a genuine, trusting connection with her clients, creating a safe space to explore patterns, build trust, and practice new ways of connecting. Natalie specializes in supporting adults who grew up in environments where emotional needs may not have been fully seen, understood, or supported, helping them heal from early experiences, reconnect with their authentic voice, and create a life that feels more grounded, intentional, and aligned. She is passionate about working with clients who value building a strong, collaborative relationship that supports a balance of depth and lightness, and are willing to try small steps between sessions to support meaningful change. Natalie's approach is guided by attachment theory and polyvagal-informed approaches, and she integrates various therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), within a trauma-informed and person-centered framework. She welcomes creative interests into her work and offers a warm and welcoming space for self-exploration and growth.
