My Health My Resources of Tarrant County

My Health My Resources of Tarrant County provides community-based services for youth and adults with mental health conditions, intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), and substance use disorders, as well as babies and young children with developmental delays. They use a person-centered care approach and partner with community organizations to provide services and a hopeful future. The organization is a unit of local government with a Board of Trustees appointed by Tarrant County Commissioners Court. They offer various services, including early childhood intervention, mental health services, substance use services, and IDD services. Their services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and can be accessed by calling or texting their ICARE Line. In a crisis, the Mobile Crisis Outreach Team provides a combination of face-to-face, 24-hour crisis services to children, adolescents, and adults in Tarrant County, including emergency assessment for treatment, urgent care, crisis follow-up, and relapse prevention. My Health My Resources of Tarrant County serves expecting families and families with children ages 0-5 through Help Me Grow North Texas, and families with youth ages 6-17 through Help Me Thrive North Texas. They also connect adults and young adults to community collaborative service providers.
