I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor with specialized expertise in childhood behavioral disorders, including ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), and Conduct Disorder. I work closely with children, adolescents, and families particularly those from underserved and high-risk communities using evidence-based approaches such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). My clinical focus includes teaching mindfulness-based strategies to help clients regulate impulses and manage emotions related to mood and anxiety disorders.
