Ms. Norma Francullo

With over 25 years of experience, Norma Francullo works diligently to ensure that students' educational rights are protected. She has extensive experience settling favorable cases through mediation, settlement conferences, and at hearing. Notably, Norma was chosen as one of New Jersey's Best Lawyers for Families in Education Law in 2019, 2021, and 2022. Her practice focuses on special education and guardianship in New Jersey and New York. Norma's experience has also included teaching at the Education and Health Law Clinic at Rutgers University School of Law-Newark and teaching a special education law course at The City University of New York School of Law. She is committed to helping students with all learning challenges, particularly students with dyslexia, and empowering families to advocate for themselves.
