Ms. Nicole Joseph

Ms. Nicole Joseph is an education attorney providing legal representation for children and students with disabilities in Maryland. She specializes in special education process and school discipline appeals, as well as children with special health care needs. Nicole has a degree from Oberlin College and The University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, has appeared on multiple media outlets, written for The Maryland Bar Journal and The Trial Reporter, and been named a “Rising Star” in Schools and Education by Super Lawyers. She is a member of the Council of Parent Attorneys and Advocates, the Maryland State Bar Association, and recently elected to the Board of Directors of the International Dyslexia Association DC Capital Area Branch.
