Led by Lyndsay Palach Shelton, a nationally-recognized transition expert, the practice helps students of all ability levels to reach their full potential by proactively planning for college and careers. The goal is to create meaningful connections to postsecondary resources and programs. The team, including autism specialist Elizabeth Robbins, coaches clients on social tools and strategies so that they can achieve their goals in school, the workplace, and the community. FUTURE SLTP serves families in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, offering individualized guidance to help students transition from high school to their next step.
