Mountain Lake Chess Camp, founded by International Master Larry Evans in 1992, offers a unique opportunity for chess players of all ages and skill levels. Our weeklong overnight camp and summer day camps have been attended by some of the world’s best chess players, and we also teach afterschool chess classes in over 60 schools in the San Diego area, organize scholastic chess tournaments, and provide private chess lessons. We strive to help players reach their full potential and develop their chess skills while having a blast!
