About
Therapy is a supportive, collaborative space where individuals are met with care, curiosity, and respect. Morgan provides trauma-informed therapy for various populations, including children, teens, adults, couples, families, and first responders. Sessions may include play therapy, sand tray work, art, and movement for younger clients, while teens and adults may receive a blend of talk therapy, parts work, EMDR, and skills-based approaches. Couples work is grounded in an attachment-focused, EFT-informed approach. Morgan also has specialized training in working with first responders, understanding the unique stressors and nervous system impacts they face. No matter the individual's starting point, therapy at Wild + Rooted is about walking alongside them toward greater balance, resilience, and well-being. In addition to private practice, Morgan offers consultation and training services to support organizational health by prioritizing staff wellness, resilience, and trauma-informed practices.
