My passion is providing a safe and empowering space for helping others through their own difficulties and obstacles. I believe people are resilient and have the ability to relieve suffering and heal.
I have worked with youth and adults going through difficult spaces. I’ve walked with survivors. My experience includes working with people experiencing trauma, life transitions, mental health diagnoses, and more. I utilize experiences and interventions including gestalt, cognitive, and trauma informed therapies- allowing me to meet people where they are. Providing therapy for each unique client in a non-judgemental inclusive environment is deeply important to me. Therapy can be powerful and paramount in moving forward on one’s healing journey or stepping forward in growth, ultimately leading to transformation. I am honored to walk alongside people on their journeys and would be honored to walk alongside you.
