About
She supports children, teens, adults, and families through SSP, DBT, and attachment-based therapy to heal from trauma, grief, anxiety, and relationship stress. Molly's approach to therapy is holistic, focusing on the individual as a whole person, considering the systems they grew up in, the systems they live in now, and how these affect their daily struggles. She combines Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Play Therapy to help clients identify their strengths, work through challenges, and collaborate on a plan that fits their life and goals. Molly offers in-person sessions on Thursdays-Saturdays, with virtual availability on Wednesdays-Saturdays, and accommodates after-school and evening sessions to fit clients' schedules. With nearly two decades of experience working with children and families, Molly brings a diverse background that includes volunteering with CASA, teaching, nannying, and consulting on child and adolescent development. She has worked with clients ranging in age from 4 to 76, helping them navigate varied types of grief and trauma.
