With experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, Molly specializes in anxiety, life transitions, and relationship issues. She uses an eclectic approach, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, person-centered therapy, and acceptance. Molly's goal is to create a welcoming environment where clients feel seen, heard, and understood. She is available to work with individuals of all ages and is committed to helping them recognize their strengths and find peace. Molly received her Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from McDaniel College and her Bachelor's Degree from Towson University. She is passionate about promoting positive mental health and wellness through education and high-quality mental health counseling.
