Thomas completed her internship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) Medical School and a fellowship at the UAB Center for Psychiatric Medicine. Her areas of expertise include assessment and treatment of addiction, trauma, impulsivity, personality disorders, and mood disorders. She provides individual, marital, family, and group therapy, including dialectical behavior therapy.
