MOKA provides Community Supports Programs designed to meet the needs of adults (18 years and older) with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Through our services, we strive to build skills and promote social engagement and inclusion in the community to increase independence. This program is available in Muskegon, Ottawa and Kent Counties, and follows a person-centered planning process that is completed in collaboration with the person’s support team. Our goal is to help people lead meaningful lives by gaining greater independence in their communities at their own pace.
