MOKA is a West Michigan-based organization that empowers people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to build relationships, make life choices, increase confidence, and contribute back to the community. Founded in 1978, MOKA provides a range of services, including residential homes, employment services, community supports, and community living supports. Their mission is to create opportunities for independence and acceptance in their communities by supporting people with I/DD in making choices, building relationships, sharing places, developing skills, enhancing reputations, and contributing back. MOKA's vision is to create an inclusive community where all people are valued and recognized for their unique strengths and abilities.
