As a dedicated clinical therapist specializing in work with children, youth, and adults, I offer a compassionate, strength-based approach to support clients in healing from past trauma and navigating everyday challenges.
Each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of the individual, using engaging techniques like role-playing and coaching to foster emotional regulation, behavioral growth, and lasting resilience. I draw on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, play therapy, and incorporate family and group therapy when beneficial. I'm also specifically training in Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT). I believe you are not your diagnosis—together, we will work toward a healthier, empowered version of you.
