The Minnesota Disability Law Center (MDLC) is a nationally recognized non-profit organization providing free legal assistance to individuals with disabilities across Minnesota. Our specialized attorneys and advocates work to ensure that those with disabilities have access to the same opportunities and rights as those without disabilities. We are the designated Protection and Advocacy System (PA) for Minnesota and advocate for the unique needs of individuals with disabilities. Our services cover a wide range of legal topics related to disability, including discrimination, civil rights, education, housing, healthcare, and more. Our goal is to ensure that everyone in Minnesota with a disability is able to live with dignity and access the same rights and opportunities as everyone else.
