With personal experience recovering from an eating disorder, Mikki offers a unique perspective and approach to helping individuals overcome anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and body image concerns. She also provides consultation for family members and medical professionals. Mikki's goal is to help individuals find their own path to freedom, and she believes full recovery is possible. She offers remote sessions for Oregon residents.
