About
Their services target the reactions, patterns, and internal shifts that keep the body on high alert. They offer EMDR, intensive trauma work, IFS therapy, KAP, walk-and-talk therapy, and end-of-life doula services. Their team works with adults, teens, and kids across New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine, including veterans and first responders. They have locations in Manchester and Bedford, NH, and offer virtual appointments for clients in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine. Services & specialties
EMDR
EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) helps individuals process the memories, images, and sensations that keep looping in their mind so that they can respond with more clarity instead of bracing for impact.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy
IFS therapy helps individuals work with reactions, inner conflicts, and emotional patterns that often form through trauma by gently engaging these patterns rather than overriding them, supporting greater clarity and steadiness.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
KAP creates a space where the usual filters loosen, allowing deeper and longer-held emotions to come forward, and the medicine opens the door while therapy helps individuals make sense of what emerges.
Walk-and-Talk Therapy
Walk-and-talk therapy offers a grounded, natural setting to explore what's been weighing on individuals while their therapist walks beside them, helping them move through what comes up both physically and emotionally.
Veterans and First Responders Services
The team at True North Healing Center understands how years of service can shift how individuals operate and how isolating these patterns can become, and they offer services to help process what's been carried while rebuilding the ability to stay present in the moments that matter.
End-of-Life Doula Services
End-of-life doula services provide non-medical support to individuals and families during the final stage of life, including helping navigate practical decisions, facilitating difficult conversations, supporting emotional and spiritual needs, and advocating for the wishes of the person who is dying.
