About
With 34 years of active duty military experience and a survivor of PTSD, he has a unique understanding of the challenges faced by first-responders and veterans. His focus on stress, violence, and trauma has led him to work with military, law enforcement, and other first-responders. He is based in Edmond, OK and offers counseling services to help individuals cope with trauma and PTSD. Mike's approach combines his studies in psychology with his practical experience, making him an effective therapist for those dealing with trauma and PTSD. He is currently pursuing his PhD in psychology at NCU, emphasizing the Practitioner-Scholar model or Vail approach to training in psychology. Mike's goal is to help his fellow warriors and first-responders transition from combat to civilian life, providing them with the tools and support needed to overcome their challenges.
