Midwest Therapeutic Riding Program (MTRP) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to helping children ages 2 1/2 to 18 years old with special needs in Northeastern Illinois and Southeastern Wisconsin. Our mission is to improve the lives of children with special needs through equine-facilitated activities such as adaptive horseback riding, occupational therapy, and hippotherapy. We strive to provide individualized care to maximize each child’s potential.
