Midland County Educational Service Agency (Midland County ESA) is a Michigan intermediate school district dedicated to providing educational support to students, parents, and staff in local schools. Our seven-member Board of Education is comprised of elected community members serving six-year terms. Our range of services includes instructional support, administrative services, special education services, early childhood services, and technology services — all of which we are proud to offer.
