Michelle Rosenbalm, LPC, NCC, is a therapeutic guide who believes therapy should be a safe, heard, understood, and supported space for clients. Her approach is warm, genuine, and collaborative, focusing on creating a non-judgmental environment that allows clients to work towards making changes and improving their relationships with themselves and others. Michelle works with adolescents, college students, and adults, utilizing strength-based modalities to support clients with adjusting to life changes, grief, loss, career exploration, depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, and self-worth. She incorporates mindfulness, motivational interviewing, solution-focused, and CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) techniques, as well as being a certified TF-CBT (trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapist).
