Michele is trained in various evidence-based treatment models, including Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and play therapy, which she uses to help children heal from trauma and other challenges. She also supports caregivers who are overwhelmed and provides a safe and fun space for kids to discover their strengths and supports.
