Michael is trained as a Health and Wellness Coach and Licensed as a Professional Clinical Counselor in Minnesota and New Jersey. He offers in-person and virtual therapy sessions in Rochester, Minnesota, and throughout Minnesota and New Jersey. Michael's goal is to help individuals build resilience, flexibility, and strengths to empower them to move in their own life direction.
