Founded by behavior analysts who believe in applying the scientific principles of behavior change, the practice combines years of experience addressing behavior change using educational experiences gained in the fields of Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis. They serve children of all ages, including those with Autism, Aspergers, and other Pervasive Developmental Disorders, Developmental Disabilities, Traumatic Brain Injury, Emotional and Behavioral Disorders, and children of typical development. Services are provided in homes, schools, and community settings, and they currently serve Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, and Northern Florida. Their team of experts, including Michael M. Mueller, Ph.D., BCBA-D, IBA, and Ajamu Nkosi, Ph.D., BCBA-D, IBA, provide a range of services, including functional behavioral assessments, assessment of functional living skills, assessment of basic language & learning skills, social skills assessment & training, teacher & parent training, behavior management training, ABA (Discrete Trial Training), behavior intervention plans, BCBA supervision, consultation, international training and consultation, expert witness testimony and legal case assistance, and AFLS training.
Insurance & payment
Southern Behavioral Group does not accept Medicaid, Medicare, or any other private insurance at this time. All services are provided on an hourly rate.
