Mike has over 20 years of experience working with adolescents and 3 years focusing on adults. He utilizes an integrative approach, drawing from evidence-based practices like Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients challenge negative thought patterns, develop coping skills, and foster emotional resilience. Remedy Health also offers services in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Systemic Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.
