Michael Friga Ph.D, BCBA-D is the founder of Three Tier Consulting, based in Ithaca, New York. He obtained his Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from UC Berkeley and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Dr. Friga has extensive experience in the field of education, having served as an assistant professor in education at the SUNY, a Special Education Resource Center Coordinator, and Co-Chair of the VESID Behavior Workgroup. He has also co-authored the New York State Quality Indicators for Behavioral Support and presented his research nationally at conferences of the American Educational Research Association, National Association of School Psychologists, The Council for Exceptional Children and the International Association for Behavior Analysis. At Three Tier Consulting, Dr. Friga continues to make a positive impact on the field of education with his extensive knowledge and experience.
